EXERCISE

1--- Must do variety of style to make it work, really work.

2--- Maintain of 20% of acid and 80% of alkali in your body. Alkali is like tomato and veges.

3--- To flat abs, start with your back bend a lil bit, then bring your tummy to spine and crunch up.

4--- If you do not do more than 25 minutes exercise, then it is advice to do it everyday.

5--- If you do it more than 1 hour, you can do it 3 times a day. Maybe starts with running.

6--- You can run with dumbbells.

7--- Dont DIET, it slow your metabolism. Just eat less.....LESS.
